Although no official word has come out yet, it seems as if 'Dreamgirls' star Jennifer Hudson is expecting her first child with fiance David Otunga.


According to the Chicago Tribune, a baby shower was held for the Oscar-winner.

"It was a baby shower, a quiet gathering of friends and mostly family. They're really trying to keep it kind of quiet," Felicia Fields, a longtime friend, told the paper.

"It was a nice time that we had," Fields said.

Hudson and Otunga are engaged to be married, but have kept quiet about when they plan to tie the knot.
