Buying bras online isn't always easy when your cup size seems to be changing from week to week. But when your cup size seems to be changing from week to week, the last thing you want to do is make another trip out to the shops to get fitted.

Bras4Mums have just relaunched their website, and it's their aim to make buying online a whole lot easier.

The site offers a personalised bra fitting service where you can enter your pre-pregnancy size and how pregnant you are (or if you're breastfeeding) and you'll get a fitting forecast email with information about what to look for in a bra at your current stage and what you can expect in the future.

There's also a wealth of information on how to fit a bra properly during pregnancy and breastfeeding on the site. I tried the new service out, ordering a Bravado Sublime nursing bra in a pretty, dark red colour, and found the process remarkably painless. The fact that the site offers a free returns policy makes buying online even more attractive.

Tracey-Jane Hughes is the owner of Bras4Mums and she is great at offering help and advice if you're really stuck. If you're based in the northwest, she'll even come over and do a proper fitting for you - which I'd definitely recommend for your first pregnancy purchase. As T-J says: "In my experience, women who aren't comfortable and wearing a well-fitted bra during pregnancy and breast-feeding, generally end up less confident and less likely to embrace the changes in their body during pregnancy. Sadly, they also often struggle much more with breastfeeding their baby due to physical or emotional strain."

And what about the Bra?

Gia is a big fan of Bravado's nursing bras, and this latest addition to their collection is pretty, and very comfortable. It's well made, works as either a maternity or nursing bra, and provides a nice shape. T-J recommended I go for the bigger cup size as the American sizing tends to come up a little small, and she was right. You might also want to treat yourself to the matching knickers as this bra is special enough to make you feel quite pleased with your changing shape.

If you're looking for bras online, this is a great store to look at. It's designed specifically for pregnant women, which means all the sizing advice is geared towards you and there are plenty of big cupsizes available.

The new site design is much fresher and more professional-looking, and it's easy to shop by size, style or brand. There are plenty of bras to choose from too, with brands such as HOTmilk, Emily, Bravado and Anita available.

A great resource for pregnant and breast-feeding women.
