Rachel Weisz confesses: I feel sexier since having a baby

Categories: Just for mums, Love & sex

After becoming a mum, some women experience a shift in their self confidence. A different body shape, lack of sleep, and constantly putting your baby first can lead to many women feeling particularly unsexy.

However, one celebrity claims to feel sexier now than she did before having a child.

Rachel Weisz, from films like The Mummy and the upcoming The Lovely Bones adaptation, has revealed in an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine that, "I feel sexier after having a baby. It makes you feel a lot more confident and appreciative of your body and what it's capable of doing. I've got a lot more respect for it".

Like a lot of women, Rachel has become more confident as she has grown older. Rachel explained that, "my twenties were horrible. I felt I didn't know anything and worried about everything. As you get older, you learn to let go of a few things. You come to know your own mind, values and morality."

Rachel found going through childbirth and becoming a mother a strengthening experience, showing her exactly what her body could achieve. She became a mum three years ago to Henry, her son with film director husband Darren Aronofsky.

It probably doesn't hurt that she still has a killer body (and possibly a personal trainer and dietitian)

How did you feel after having a baby? Did you feel more or less attractive? Do you have any top tips to share on how to boost your sex appeal after becoming a mum?
