Welcome to our regular roundup of the best of the UK's parent blogging scene. Which is really very similar to the non-parent blogging scene, but with more cake recipes and rants about the state of one's pelvic floor.
Mixed fortunes for the mummy bloggers this week, as Mummy's Busy World - By Me, Little M has been on a learning curve, Thinly Spread is yearning for a little romance and Adventures of a Sleepless Toddler found that her luck is running out on the poo front.
More Than Just A Mother found that an economy drive costs her more than it should -- her dignity for a start. Eggs, Cream and Honey has been making whoopie this week. Whoopie pies that is. Late Night Mum is missing her pre-kids life a little, specifically the sex, booze and rock 'n roll part. You mean we're not supposed to do that stuff any more? Geez, nobody told me. I'm clearly doing this parenting lark all wrong.
That enormous clunk you heard last Friday was the sound of thousands of jaws hitting the floor, as here on ParentDish we revealed the controversial children's dance routine that's been causing an outcry around the world. Less controversially, we also brought you news of what the latest children's toy craze is going to be. You heard it here first.
And finally, show your support for the amazing parent bloggers who are getting together for a very worthwhile cause. In July they'll be walking the 84 mile long Hadrian's Wall footpath in support of the Joseph Salmon Trust, which helps parents who've lost a child. Among the walkers are All That Comes With It, Single Parent Dad, Insomniac Mummy, Jo Beaufoix, Dad Who Writes, and many other bloggers. So far they've raised an amazing £7,000, and they've now launched a raffle with some great prizes. You can read all about it and give them your support here. Good luck to everyone taking part.
