Eastenders' actress Patsy Palmer has given birth to a little boy, a whole month early.
Miss Palmer, who plays Bianca Jackson in the BBC soap, already has three children, two sons and a daughter.
The new arrival - Bertie - wasn't due until next month, but both mother and baby are said to be doing well.
A family friend told reporters:
'Patsy's waters broke a few weeks ago and she was rushed to hospital. To be on the safe side she stayed in. Bertie arrived last Wednesday and the family are all over the moon.'
Bertie is Patsy's third child with her husband Richard Merkell. She also has a son from a previous relationship.
Congratulations to Patsy on her new arrival.
