A 13-year-old girl is being hailed a heroine after rescuing her little sisters from a fire that swept through their home.
Alishaa Williams used her laptop - a Christmas present - to smash a window and help Louise, eight, to escape. She then passed out baby Sophia, before climbing out herself and raising the alarm.
Their frantic neighbours at the property in Llandudno, North Wales desperately tried to free Alishaa's mum Carys, 32, and her friends aged 32 and 38, who were sleeping upstairs.
They could not reach them, and they were eventually brought out of the house by firefighters at 12.30am. They are said to be 'seriously ill' in hospital.
A Fire Service spokesperson praised the teenager's 'remarkable presence of mind'.
Alishaa later revealed on Facebook: 'My mum is fine but Lorraine and Craig aren't. They said it's quite bad.'
