kicked out for being BRITISHA playgroup has been accused of discrimination after two young mums and their daughters were told they could only attend if they were 'foreign.'

The women, Emma Knightley, 25, and Kimberley Wildman, 27, and their children, Imogen, 21 months, and Olivia, 18 months, were asked 'what nationality are you?' by staff at the facility in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

When they replied 'British', the organisers of the group said it was open to foreign mothers and babies only.

Stunned Emma Knightley said she felt 'humiliated' at being turned away: 'It shouldn't matter what nationality you are. You wouldn't get away with a British-only group.'

The administrator of the playgroup, Roger Owen, said the session existed solely to 'bring other nationalities together.'

But banned mum Kimberley Wildman told reporters: 'Surely if this playgroup is about making links in the community, they should let all people in.'
