New mum Kym Marsh took a break from premature baby Polly's hospital bedside yesterday to check-in with her Coronation Street cast-mates.
Kym, 34, who gave birth to little Polly FIVE WEEKS early two weeks ago, looked trim and svelte - and flashed a mega-watt smile - as she took to the cobbles for the first time since her extended maternity leave began at Christmas.
The proud mum was spotted showing her colleagues pics of little Polly on her mobile.
The baby is said to fit and healthy despite her early arrival, and Kym's problematic pregnancy. She recently wrote in her New! magazine column that her 'darling daughter' was doing 'very well'.
