Countryfile's Adam Henson's children get death threats

thats just stupid because why should the kids get 'blamed' for wat their father said? i know that it is just a threat and that it WILL NOT happen in real life but it is not a thing that you should say that "i'm gonna burn your kids" and nobody deserves to have that threat put against them as it is incredibly heartbreaking if you have lost your child/children to a fire. i thing that extremist go a bit too far to what they beleive in and even though it is just showing how much they care for badgers or whatever it does not mean they can go around threatening people who do not like badgers. it is just a silly note and nobody can relly take threats seriously even though threats alone make parents (or whoever it is aimed at) become extremely paranoid about, well, everyone and makes sure the childeren always stay in their sights and are incredibly worried about when their children go to school!

The people who are making threats are stupid and no one will take their cause seriously.
But having read several articles on badger culling and vacination it seems pointless to cull
as new badgers soon move into areas where badgers have been culled and because
these badgers have travelled and mixed with different badgers have a higher chance of
having TB, in balance the vaccine plan is a better one. Having seen badgers close up
I think they are fantastic animals it makes me feel sick to think of them being trapped and shot.
There is no need. If you feel something is wrong though offer a balanced argument dont go and threaten childrens lives.

Yes i think hehas every right to have a veiw and it is wrong that people feel the need to threaten his kids how COWARD like is that....the law makers will make the final decision if a badger cull will take place at all which i very much doubt

Adam has eery right to speak up ,he is only doing his job. If news agencies, lets face it that is what the programe is - news about what is happening in the countryside, were not to report such events how would the none farming community know what was happening. I love to see badgers but I do understand a friend who has a farm would like them off his land as the sett under one field is so large that he is unable to put a tractor on it for fear that it will go through and damage the equipment and live badgers also. So cime on animal rights campainers and dont be so vicious as to threaten a mans children meerly for informing the general public on matters which concern us all.

We kill elephants for there tusks, whales for the oil, gorillas hands for ash trays, so whats the big deal about killing people, sorry folks we love killing animals for food or for pleasure and we are also the pray.
We think its ok to kill cows for food yet consider a human who kills another human for fun as something evil.
Sorry its just double standards, who decides on who lives and who dies.... we do and we are the ones who do the most killing, cant have it all your own way.
I eat meat so cant moan when someone kills another human for fun, its just part of being human.

These people are a bunch of mad, ugly, boring, self-righteous, lentil-sniffing losers. Their ilk thought it was okay, a few years ago, to dig up and desecrate the body of an elderly lady from a churchyard in Staffordshire because her descendants were running a guinea pig breeding business. Just think about it for a minute. Actually digging up and stealing remains from an established grave and then sending sick pictures back to the family. Does this strike you as caring or empathic behaviour? People who care more about bloody guinea pigs than their fellow man or woman are always to be given an extremely wide berth. Someone who could threaten an innocent child's life over that of some stinking, TB infected badger just because his/her father is doing their job should be arrested. The authorities should set up a special unit to hunt this filth down and lock every damn one of them up.

Activists, extremists, there is not a lot of difference in my opinion. One mans freedom fighter is anothers mans terrorist but one thing is certain these people don't know what is acceptable and what is not. They say they stand for animal rights but are we not animals too? I'm afraid these people will never have a balanced view of anything that doesn't fall within their personal opinions.

This is outrageous. What do these people think they are doing? Threatening innocent children just because their father was doing his job and reporting the news? These people are no better than Al Queda! Adam Henson absolutely did the right thing by speaking out. If we keep these things secret then these terrorists simply gain more power.

Its absolutely disgusting that people get terrorised by so called "animal rights" activists. They must be stopped. I'm an animal lover, and I've got very mixed feelings about experiments on animals.
What on earth has this man done to get death threats against himself, let alone his children?
I just hope the police are good enough to catch these spineless, hidden, "activists". Sad or what? Get a life...
