He was filmed by his proud and giggling parents getting down to the music on the irresistible shiny floor at a shopping mall in Denver, Colorado - then posted on YouTube of course.

I really can't see how anyone can interpret this toddler's attempts at balancing and stamping, which look much like any other toddler doing the same, can be interpreted as "break dancing". Yes, there's music in the background, but there is in most public spaces. Some parents are really desparate for fame.
This is just a child enjoying the feel of a slippy surface under his feet.
I feel the same . In fact it looks a bit boring. i think only the proud parents could feel anything about tis.
