The mum-to-be, who is expecting her first baby with husband, Jay-Z, popped along to New York fashion week in a fancy gold frock with a belt resting just above her expanding tummy, putting paid to rumours she has been exaggerating her pregnancy bump.
We're not entirely convinced how flattering the double breast look is, though.
Clearly not letting her pregnancy stop her in the fashion stakes, the superstar also slipped her tootsies into a pair of skyscraper heels, without a swollen ankle in sight.
