Kai Rooney's mum Coleen has bought him another costume - this time a green and white Eire strip to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

Coleen posted the cute pic of her two-year-old son on Twitter with the message: 'Happy St Patrick's Day!!!! Top of the morning to ya!!!'

We wondered what Kai's dad, Manchester United and England striker Wayne Rooney, made of his son swapping allegiances - if only for the day.

TV presenter and WAG Coleen, 25, bought the kit during a work break in Dublin last week unveiling her new collection for Littlewoods.

Coleen's maiden name was McLoughlin with her parents Tony and Colette having Irish heritage.

The Liverpool family have strong Irish connections, Coleen has spoken before of their Catholic faith and she has accompanied her parents on trips to Lourdes with her younger sister who has Rosie, who has Rett syndrome.

Coleen clearly loves dressing her son up - check out this sweet pic of him as his favourite Harry Potter.
