Peter Andre has been named Celebrity Dad of the Year, beating Gary Barlow, Jeff Brazier, Gordon Brown and David Cameron.

The singer, 37, is most famous for being Katie Price's ex-husband.

The pair had two children, Junior and Princess, and Andre is also step-dad to Katie's son Harvey.

On winning the award, presented by Bounty, he said fatherhood was his "most important role".

He said: "This feels so good. It's been a turnaround year for me and the kids and it's an honour to be the subject of the public's support and best wishes.

"This means a huge amount to me as being a dad is my most important role."

Andre said some might say this would be the only award he would ever win. "Even if it is, what a great award to get. I mean, there isn't a better award, there isn't - because it's lifelong," he said.

"Other awards are for there and then, this is for life. My kids are going to know that I have won this."

Jordan, aka Katie Price, is set to bring out a range of baby clothes, it has been reported.

Anyone like to guess what colour they will be? Yes, you got it - pink.

It is thought the brand will start off as a collection for girls and will include pink hoodies and combats.

Just what the world needs - some more pink baby clothes.

The glamour model, 31, is rumoured to be planning the brand, to be called KP Baby, for the Selfridges chain.

The deal is reported to be worth £2.2 million.

A source told the Sun: "Kate is determined to re-brand herself in the wake of her recent troubles. She's excited."

Katie Price, aka Jordan, has been shortlisted for Celebrity Mum of the Year.

This despite her very public marriage break-up with Peter Andre, during which she gave numerous interviews attacking the father of her children and went on holiday a lot.

Details of the break-up have been posted on Facebook and Twitter and recently Katie accused Peter of having an affair with his manager.

So, a mixed year then.

Still, it could be worse. At least Kerry Katona hasn't been shortlisted this year.

Katie Price - otherwise known as Jordan - has denied rumours she is pregnant.

Sources apparently close to Katie said the mum-of-three had taken three home pregnancy tests which all came back positive.

There have also been photos of the model's stomach which sparked rumours she was up the duff.

But Katie now says it's not true. In which case she must be a bit annoyed about the photos...

She vehemently denied the rumour on her Twitter page, after celebrity blogger Perez Hilton asked her if it was true.

She wrote: "No no no its sooo not true looks like ill have to pee on the preggie stick to prove this not engaged of getting married x" [sic].

I knew this latest episode would ramble on throughout the silly season and we would hear all about Pete's "shortcomings" and Katie's partying.

Katie has given a tell-all interview on ITV, which reportedly netted her £100,000, when she revealed she suffered a miscarriage towards the end of her marriage.

Meanwhile Peter has been talking about how he doesn't want to talk about it. On the radio. In the newspapers. And on This Morning. In tears.

A word of advice love. If you don't want to talk about it, don't go on national television. Just stay at home.
