A 14-year old boy who was photographed 'planking' on a railway line - his head just inches from a passing train - has been given a referral order by magistrates. The boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - risked his life to have the snap taken for a Facebook page. He was told his actions amounted to 'total stupidity'.
